Who This Course is For
This course is designed for massage therapists and adjacent health practitioners who are looking to enhance their ability to guide clients through effective self-care strategies. You'll learn how to incorporate self-soft tissue mobilizations and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching techniques into your practice in a way that's approachable and practical for both you and your clients.
This course is especially ideal for:
- Newly licensed therapists looking to expand their skill set.
- Practitioners with limited experience in teaching clients self-care.
- Therapists who want to build confidence in providing evidence-informed recommendations for at-home care.
- Practitioners interested in working with athletes.
Who this Course is Not For
While this course covers the fundamentals of self-soft tissue mobilizations and PNF stretching, it is not intended for experienced practitioners who already have a strong background in these areas.
